My name is Karabo Legodi. I am 23 years old & I live in Protea North, Soweto. I am a part time model & I hold a degree in Psychology from the university of Johannesburg.

I am extremely passionate about mental health, hence the reason for my chosen area of study.

This title would give me the platform to create awareness around mental health which most young girls are oblivious to.

I believe I should win Miss Soweto because not only will it empower me but it will empower the young Sowetan girls too. I aim to use this platform to show young girls that no matter the traumas life throws at us we should strive to live our dream life & not succumb to any situation we go through.

Life has taught me that most of us don't succeed at our first try therefore teaching me perseverance & resilience. Without those traits, I would not have achieved half of the things achieved through out my life.
